Left Behind Games, a Christian games developer, is giving away a free game as part of an "investor giveaway" promotion.
It appears you don't need to invest anything other than your email address - though the site gives you the activation code in-page on download.
The games, valued at $20 to $30, include:

My bad. Rise of the Anti-Christ has about a 4.8/5 stars on Walmart Reviews. One such review reads:
'Fabulous game for the family. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great value. A nice change from the violent Wii and Xbox games played by othe kids my son's age'.
Poor kid. All his friends are playing all those horrifically gory Wii games and he gets Left Behind 3 in his stocking for Christmas.

I am a little put off by the title "Rise of the Antichrist". I don't want to be seen to be encouraging said rise. Also, I feel that the use of such language has the potential to glamourize the Antichrist.
I would prefer a game which is in deign much like the Sims, where one has to live a Christian life, selecting an appropriate tithe to your evangelical Church, going on mission and generally avoiding temptation and sin, while judging others like some kind of judgement robot.
They wouldn't want you to go around judging others… ;-)

Some Christians get rather excited by the 'rise of the antichrist', the alleged coming end of the world, death and disaster for all, but for the chosen few who get whisked away to heaven while everyone else suffers. The Left Behind series is all about this happy scenario.
Don't forget about preaching acceptance and tolerance, while promoting hate toward gays, people of other religion, and worst of all atheists!
The game would need to give you bonus points for guilting people in to donating to charities as long as you hoard as much money as you can.
And I want a level where you open a totally factual museum where humans are interacting with velocirapors, cos you know, the earth is only 3-5000 years old.

Why be put off? it would be better to investigate the meaning of the title before posting some misinformation about it. It has nothing to do with encouraging 'said rise' or glamourising the AC it all. The game is based on what happens in the world after the Antichrist has returned.
I'd be more concerned in rise of Zs where Ss should thread! ;-)
I don't like the idea of a mouse participating in teaching my children basic skills. As we know, mice can't talk and therefore this must be a result of sorcery or demonic possession. These are not values I want my children to have.

After downloading you can't actually activate the software 'cause when you run it it tries to open a page on the internet which isn't there…
May be the sinner blocker software at work but if you really believe then the page will appear… eventually ;-)
I'm downloading Left Behind 3: Rise of the Antichrist (RTS, rated ~6.5 - 7/10, 1.3GB). Apparently based on some books I've never heard of.
