    While we are talking VISAs, VN now has an online VISA application process which bypasses the old Visa Application letter followed by applying for VOA which can bea bit of a process or alternatively applying for a VISA at a VN Embassy.

      You'll still be sitting in the terminal for a fair long time when you arrive at that capital city though, if youneed that Visa. Can't imagine how it was before online was introduced…
