I’ve been waiting for a product like this for ages. Anyone know if these are any good?

    • we have sold many pieces to AU

    • Supposed they not a white as say a philips, since they are rgb to make white

      • Yeah I don't want too white. My current LED downlights are blindingly bright and so we never use them. Need something that's yellow and only just illuminates the room so that we can get dat mood lightin on ;o)

        • It's more a clean white

      • warm white

  • Not sure if same or similar product, but does this work with Home Assistant (I've heard mention of MQTT support)

  • What features does it have or is it a simply an on and off function via Google assistant?

    • RGBW , can change the color mode,

  • Are these the Hue compatible ones?

    • yeah,http://www.zemismart.com/zigbee-30-12w-amazon-echo-plus-smartthings-app-controlled-smart-rgbw-downlight-with-au-plug_p0065.html

      • In regards to the ones you linked above I am wondering if they work with the previous model Smart things hub (version 2) ? And also the classic app ?

If I were to buy a bunch can you do me any better deal ? (USD vs AUD is not the greatest atm)

        • zemismart zigbee 3.0 downligh, which can enable Echo,Ikea,Smartthings,Philip

          • @sky-zemismart: Ummm so do they work or not? And pricing ? And below you were asked for the certificate for Australian use/safety .. I still don't see that anywhere

            • @BilboBargains: I ordered two of the ones listed in the original post in two seperate orders.. $2 discount on each.

I will try these out and skip the ZigBee ones.

Lifx has there downlights on special a few times a year and will wait for that deal.

The price is $36 USD ($50.08 AUD) for the ZigBee
vs $50 - $66 AUD for the Lifx on special.

If you can locate the certificate please msg me.

The Philips/Xiaomi ones were cheaper and they're both, arguably, the top tier companies in wifi lighting right now, although they do look identical to the ones listed.

Aren't those something like 200 lumens though? Need a crap load of em to light up a room.

      • I've ordered a couple for my alfresco as the ones I've currently got are super bright and the bugs can see them from space.
Admittedly, I overlooked the lumen count for these when I ordered them, but luckily I'm aiming at having fairly dim light for an outdoor area so hopefully not a problem - I'll try update here when they arrive.

Another minor difference, the Philips/Xiaomi ones reportedly consume around 3.5w at full brightness, whereas these look to be upwards of 10w.

    • The ones here are colour and white adjustable where as the Xiaomi ones are white only adjustable.

Are these certified to be used in Australia?

  • Zemismart

  • That's not a certificate . Seems dodgey

    • we have certificate,https://sc02.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1X6ycaU_rK1Rjy0Fcq6zEvVXaO.jpg

      • Too small and cannot see whether it is a legitimate certificate or not…do you have a bigger image?

Hi, dear Rep, we are really interested in the SAA certificate. Your link to this certificate is unreadable. I have purchased Zemismart gear before and it has been excellent. Would you please verify the SAA certificate with a proper picture so that we can start ordering .

    Thanks
