      It out does the DJI Spark but compares closely to the DJI Mavic probably closest to the DJI Mavic Air. The Xiaomi Fimi X8SE has a 12MP Sony IMX378 Camera capable of capturing 4K video @ 30fps, this camera is stabilized by a 3 axis gimbal for extra smooth footage. The X8SE has a range of up to 5KM and a live HD video stream which can be viewed on your smartphone when connected to the remote control. It has a Flight Time of up to 33 minutes and max flight speed of 64km/h. The Fimi X8SE is also equipped with many smart flight modes such as follow me, orbit flight, dronie flight, etc. Above all it is foldable and very compact just like a DJI Mavic.

          Good Question!

          First of all we have never de-frauded any customers, yes we had long delivery times on our original OzBargain deal but since than we have made many changes to ensure we do not suffer the same issues again. This time especially we have done alot of behind the scenes work to ensure that orders will be handled quickly and efficiently to ensure that customers get their products on time and are kept fully upto date with their orders delivery status so they are not left in the dark as much as they were originally.

          We also now offer 30 Day Returns and the 1 Year Warranty which we offer on our products we have backed up and we did not leave people stranded like many OzBargainers originally thought.

          Plus we accept payment through PayPal and you can be sure if we were intending on not providing good service to our customers we would not accept payments this way.

          The choice is up to you, but we are trying to operate a reliable and honest business.

      We had our bad start, and yes we made many mistakes, but in the end every customer who did not get their order received a refund and the other customers received their orders and have been quite happy with our aftersales support, for those few who have had warranty issues.       Also we are not the only retailer who have had long delivery delays, Gearbest, Banggood and GeekBuying have all been known to keep customers waiting in excess of 2 months for goods to arrive and their aftersales service is next to nothing. By no means are we trying to justify what happened or the scale on which it happened but we think it is important to point out that we are not the only ones to make their customers wait.

      We do hope however that this will never happen again and we can provide fast quick deliveries now and on into the future.

      On our website it might not seem to be a big bargain, but compare it to the following prices, and the below prices may not even include GST so potentially even more savings:

      Plus the original prices on our website were actually lower than they should have been but under Australian Law it is not right to increase the prices to what they should have been if we are only going to drop them back down again for a sale as this would appear as though we were just trying to artificially increase the discount percentage.

    I've made several purchases from Roboguy, including the original Xaiomi Vacuum cleaner - Which I DID receive after a lengthy wait.

    I then purchased another vacuum for my shop, both haven't missed a beat since purchase.

    Give the guy a break.

        Agreed - My Xaiomi product ownership challenges that of most other items in my house… And I hope to add a scooter in the near future.

        Having said that, I was actually impressed after speaking with Roboguy during the whole delayed delivery debacle, after traveling to China himself, sharing the pics etc. as to how committed he was to actually follow through with his original commitment to his customers.

        I was also impressed with his ability to handle/respond to the dozens of negative posts/flames etc. and still live up to his commitment and actually deliver the products that his customers (me included!) had paid good money for.

        He called me personally and asked if I wanted to cancel my order or wait a little longer for the unavoidable delivery delay.

        I chose to wait - Glad I did.

        • Did he underestimate the delivery time - Definitely
        • Did he dig deeper and deeper by overpromising - For sure

        • Did he make unfounded assurances to angry customers - Probably

        • Did he give up - Nope

        • Did he travel to China, at his own cost, to chase up the missing shipment - Yes he did
        • Did he personally contact customers to ensure they were ok waiting - He did with me!

        And most importantly, did he deliver in the end - YES HE DID !

        I've backed so many failed Kickstarter products over the years I genuinely thought that this was going to fail as well.

        It didn't.

          Agree with you. Bought the initial robo vacuum deal from him. Had to wait a long time for delivery but it came. Was I in a rush to receive it? No So all good in the end.

          Every new business has teething issues. At least he's giving it a go.

    Was such a stressful few weeks, calling paypal every day to try and get the order cancelled after roboguy stopped responding to anyone, but not having any luck due to roboguy actively stringing paypal along with incorrect tracking information, trying as hard as possible to stop us from cancelling the orders as the months ticked by without his meeting obligations. In the end the order was only cancelled due to paypal forcing him to. Should be a lifetime ban from ozbargain.

    Has anyone ordered and received the Fimi X8 from RoboGuy? I'm keen and I see it's even cheaper on the RoboGuy website now. I can see there has been some historical issues but I am open minded if these have been ironed out.
