    Redemption page clearly says exclusive to JBHifi, Vodafone and Optus. Are you sure Mobileciti is included? Please clarify.

    Edit: Realised that Mobileciti, Kogan and "Other" was in the redemption form. This is confusing..

    getting a error with Bonus Watch GT (Via Redemption)

    I enter my IMEI number and get a error, I know its right, i have contacted Huawei and live chat and phone called them, no help.

    seems like its a scam?

    I get This IMEI doesn't exists

    anyone else having this problem and how to fix it?
