just want ppl to know i bought a modem from these guys a while back.. There was a big problem with it after a month.. They replaced it with next to no hassle.
I know all the issues ppl have had with them.. Just thought it should be known that some ppl do have good customer experiences with them…
GEE Wiz, the last time I went to these guys was a few months ago to buy a wireless ADSL2+ modem/router. Their cheapest was a basic netgear for 89 bucks—wireless G that is. Whilst CPL had the TP-LINK W8960N, with 300m wireless range, wireless-N, two external antennas ADSL2+ modem/router, with awsome specs for only 69 bucks! And it even came with a genuine TP-LINK splitter/filter and 3 yrs warranty! (Whilst centrecom had the crappy ritmo adsl spliter(sic) for 10 bucks alone, which weighed half of the TP-LINK one). LOL
These guys are good, especially with their customer services, they could spend lot of time explaining differences between different parts. They could also give advise what you need instead of selling you pricy stuff. Planning to build another computer and will check with them shortly.
