Hm… I have some idea of how in-app purchases work (including the ones for Apple Music). It would be nice to have a detailed look at how this was implented, maybe there is a URL that is getting called on a device that triggers that specific in-app purchase (that would be a different product from a technical point of view). In that case everyone could use it.

The servers generate a code which you enter into Stan or Apple's web pages, it's not some "special URL" or anything, and you cannot do what you're thinking. And the server that generates and gives you the code is only accessible from a Qantas inflight connection. So give up now, because it can't be done.
This is wrong information, you do not need to be on QF WiFi connection, you just need the QF app and have a booking with QF loaded in your app.

I don't think QF knows whether you used the code or not, just that they gave it to you.

The Audible one and Apple Music expired on the 31 of December 2018.

bugger, and i already have stan so i guess i cant use this even though i have a qantas flight coming up, shame.
Not sure if it depends on your flight but even though the Apple Music offer says it expires on the 31st December I was still able to redeem the 4 months so if you can still see it in the app it's worth trying.
I don’t think it’s available on all QF flights unless it’s changed recently. Last time I flew (late last year) there was no link to Stan for me. Hopefully it’s changed as I’ll be flying again next month.
The same offers are not always available, I've had Stan sometimes, I've had audible other times
Is there a way to take advantage of this deal now that my flight has been removed from the trips section of the Qantas app?
I had these offers show up under the entertainment section of the Qantas app late last year, but as my trips have been completed and removed from the app I now have no means of redeeming these offers.

It continues until the cancellation date. So you can sign up for the trial, and then immediately cancel. That's what I did to ensure I didn't forget to cancel.
