        I'll add my 2c.

        I used klook for a Hong Kong disneyland 2 day pass with ferry ride in late 2017 and I had no issues, tickets worked, ferry ride also included a complementary drink and snack.

        I'm just adding this comment as sometimes you can get a situation with these review websites where people who have no issues don't give feedback and those who do have issues give plenty. My other suggestion is to look at the operator of the tour/item as there are probably a few bad apples.

      Not sure what's going on with those reviews, maybe less good in certain countries (or for certain things like tours).

      Can confirm had a good experience in Japan, Singapore and Taiwan with Klook. Easy.

      As I posted earlier, I had an OK experience with Klook but I don't think its fair to downvote this comment either. It is healthy to have good and bad experiences shared so people can be aware of positives and negatives and make their own decision.

            @TRD: Did you buy the tickets on the day that you go? I always make sure to buy at least 1 week in advance as there could be problems like this. Also if you bought it yesterday, I doubt they have processed your order even though it says "instant confirmation", due to Lunar New Year at the moment, things are delayed… Last time I bought Legoland tickets in Tokyo, they had to call me to confirm the number of adults and children going.

      Not sure if that'll justify a rating of 1.3 out of 10. Personally I think it's very risky to buy from them.

    You can use Paypal on Klook if you're so worried. Bought 2 JR passes and tickets to/from airport recently with them in Japan. No issues, I also used Klook last year for Disneyland & USJ tickets.

    I used klook in Singapore recently for activities at Sentosa Island and mobile data deals. No issues with redemption. I had one deal cancelled by klook and email said they will refund. Waited 3 days but didn't get further response. Emailed them as well as contacted them via app, received the refund a few days later.

    NO problems with Klook in my usage.

    I've used it in South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand and been very happy with it.
    All purchases via the Klook app on iPhone.

    The only time I had a problem was purchasing tickets for the Khao Kheow Open Zoo near Phuket in Thailand.
    Purchased via Klook in the morning, and received booking confirmation but not the vouchers, and was arriving at the Zoo in a couple of hours.
    Sent an email help request, and they were able to sort it out prior to arrival and email me the vouchers, so all was well.

    Two thumbs up for Klook!
