  • Is this bump feed head or fixed head?

    • +1

      Bump feed

  • Any deals for the non-bent shaft

    • I have both. I use the bend shaft more than the straight.

      • Why is that. I though that straight shafts are better?

        • +2

Depends where the magic spot is.

        • The straight shaft is too front heavy.

    • yes, all $50 dollars off the retail price. $449 now!!!
and all the honda hru serial mower $100 dollars off too!!!!

  • +2

RRP on the Honda website is $319, not $399..

    • No that's what they used to sell it for. No one said RRP.

      • +5

Gotcha. Though no point quoting an old "used to sell for" price to make it look like you're saving more when the current RRP is substantially less.

  • +1

Just a heads up, honda dealers are NOT allowed to advertise anything but full RRP, or on-special seasonal discounted RRP

They begged me to stock the products, no thanks, no profit in it, selling price are cut to shreds by dumb "order-takers" who don't have the ability to give free beer away on a hot day at the cricket…

    • You had me at free beer!

    • Ok, we hear you on the distributor, but what are your thoughts on the actual product?

Had mine for over 10 years. Just needed the carby replaced last year, otherwise all good. I paid $399 back in the day. $269 is a very good price.

      • Well made and backed, a bit heavy being 4 stroke, but for domestic use, you cannot go wrong, honda know how to make a good engine.

Mail is glory days are over, the market is rapidly becoming cordless/battery, walk through the power garden section of a bunnings, 1/2 the items are now cordless/electric

        • +3

Everyone going electric because their land size is shrinking.

      • I had to change the ignition coil. Cost about $60 original part. Easy DIY.

  • V-TEC yo
