Kingsleys suck.

Had a mate that went there and they forgot to add chips to the order when he got take away.

He went back to fetch it and the guy behind the counter said that the chips were on the receipt therefore he had received the item.
Even had the audacity to argue over it.

Go figure, bad staff with a bad attitude.

  My 'local' has a sign up telling you to check your bag against the receipt before you leave the counter, as "What is on the receipt is packed, and there will be no discussion after you leave the counter if your order is not correct".
  
  They need to watch the training video "Give them the pickle". It's not worth upsetting customers over a bag of chips that cost them 40c.
