wow, a wireless mechanical keyboard that is backlit. never thought something like that existed.

    • I'm glad you like it! Thanks.

Why don't you include the manufacturer/brand of the brown switches?

        • Updated. Thanks.

          • @Leonor20: brand?

            • @teacherer: Content

              • @Leonor20: Google search on "Content brown switch" yielded nothing and "Content key switch" yielded this short reddit thread. Content switches might be rebranded Outemu switches, but no one is certain. Can you shred more light on Content switches? Who made them? What are they specs, in particular reliability?

                • @alvian:

I believe the older Velocifier models also used these switches.

For example, I currently have the TKL78 and have been happy with it so far. I also can't tell much (if any) difference between these and MX Cherry brown switches.

      They're not new: http://techdissected.com/reviews/accessories/the-rapoo-kx-ta…

Bought that 3 years ago as a spare. Have also swapped to Kailh BOX Pale Blue switches.

    • what? almost all ur keyboard makers have one…corsair k63 to name one off top of my head

  • Does this keyboard have the ability to assign macros? I'm really contemplating getting this but without my calculator button and volume controls, I'm more than likely planning on getting the Ducky Shine 7 despite its price.

    • Hi, Macro-Recording function without calculator button and volume controls.Thanks.

  • This or the wired razer

  • I'm more of a Cherry kind of guy.

  • Reviews? I can't find the brown switch manufacturer! Its kahil, cherry, whatever !? Warranty in Aus?

    • Op said the brand is "Content"

  • Any limitation on the key assignment and combinations? Can I reassign fn? What about the menu key? No special quirky drivers? I'm on Linux by the way

      1. Yes, it has limitations. 2. You can't reassign fn. No special quirky drivers. I hope it can help. Thanks.

      • Sorry I should have specified that, I'm after the wireless version.

        • +2

          • @Leonor20: Thank you!

          • @Leonor20: Hi, with the tkl02, where is the velocifire logo gonna be at?

            • @johnnyle: The logo has been moved from the top (above the arrow keys), to the front right.

  • Hi OP, when will the K61WS be available again and any deals on it?

    • Hi!Maybe it will get online in May. Thanks.

  • HiRep, im looking for a keyboard that doesnt makeloud click/noise when im typing. Is this the one?
    Thanks

    • Hi. I'm typing now with this keyboard. Because I don't how are you feeling about the voice.

      • Cool, will order this when i get home :)

      • So if you can't hear him typing there, that means it must be silent…

    • Mechanical keys….

  • Bought. Expecting big things rep!

  • Personal review: I brought one during the previous OzBargain deal a couple of weeks/months ago.
The keyboard died after two weeks: the on/off switch doesn't work and consequently the keyboard won't stay on. So basically useless.
I haven't bothered asking for a warranty claim because I have no interest in paying for shipping only to get potentially faffed about.
So I've just chalked it up to a good learning experience and not to buy from this brand again.

This is only my personal experience. I hope others have had a more positive experience. None the less, buy cautiously.

    • Sorry to hear that. If you have any problem, we will help you solve it. Would you mind offering your order number to our service customer via [email protected]. If the product has any problem related to quality, we will send you a new product.

    • Oh no

  • Why is this deal not more popular?
    Sounds good in theory

    • +2

      Yes. Why not popular?

      • Perhaps the no brand key caps?
What's the deal with content key caps? Any link?

        • Hi. Content is a Chinese brand. Not popular like Kailh. But we have tested the switches, it performs well in our keyboards.

  • Rep can you specify the difference between the vm01 and vm02 apart from backlight?

    • VM01 wireless without backlit.

  • Any good for fps gaming? Or too much lag/delay from the wireless?

    • well it seems you can plug it in and use it wired

  • What's the shipping policy? Can't access the link you provided

    • Sorry, the page has some trouble now.
      Shipping policy:
Shipping time varies by country, but usually, it takes 7-15 days since we ship out our products with carriers like DHL, UPS, and economy shipping etc. Shipping fee also varies by country and can be confirmed when you check out.

  • Hi Rep,

Any chance we can get Velocifire TKL02WS in a discount price?

It previously discounted to us35.99 with code TKL02WS.

But now the code is no longer working.

    • Hi. Now we haven't the code. Thanks.

  • I'm using the velocifire wired TKL01 at the moment in the office which I bought from ebay before this deal came up and I can say that I quite like this keyboard so far. The brown switches have a tactile feeling with out the loud clicks of a mechanical keyboard with blue switches. So it's quiet from that respect if you don't bottom out your key presses. Still audible though, but hasn't annoyed any of my co-workers as yet.

The main reason I bought this was because my work place is a hot desking environment with communal keyboards so I prefer to use my own due to hygiene reasons.

Also that it has a full sized right shift key which is a bonus when it comes to compact keyboards.

    • Thanks for your support!

  • I would like a wired keyboard. I'm pretty new to mechanical keyboards but I don't want one that's too clicky so maybe a brown?

Do you have any deals? What would you suggest? I'm looking at the VM01 WIRED.

    • Hi! You can wait next time.

      • I ordered the vm02 wireless. Can't wait to try it :)

  • Mouse only UK delivery :(

    Thank you, got the keyboard.

    • We haven't stocked in other countries. You're welcome! Thanks for your support.

  • Bought! Am currently using an old used Razer Blackwidow from 2011 and only know blue switches so hopefully this is good. How long does shipping usually take to Australia?

    • Hi! It takes 7-15 days since we ship out our products with carriers like DHL, UPS, and economy shipping etc.

  • Mine has arrived.

    So far so good.

    • Thanks for your feedback. If you have any problem with our keyboard, please feel free to contact us!
