      It certainly feels like it, and it’s certainly not irregular, however it’s far from constant and the minumum spent makes it out of reach for many purchases. Originally it was in response or in defense of Amazon but it feels more like BAU now.

      Not too difficult. Just search the iPad 6th gen, filter by specs wanted (storage, condition, colour, model, etc) sort price from low to high. Click on the iPad that looks good, check the feedback to ensure seller is reputable (not new, sells regularly and has feedback of ~500+). Purchase if happy.
