    Kept two codes Yesterday and it's not working - customer service rep. says they can't do anything about it.
    They should rename as the bad guys…

    I have been able to submit a payment but then got an error as my promotion code was invalid. However payment was already processed…

    About 2hours later, I received several email to confirm my order, and letting me know that it was being processed.

    I called to double check the store that was managing my order and unfortunately the guy could not find it!

    What a mess! Not sure what to do now. He advised me to wait a bit and send an email…

    and if you got a discounted gift card, hope you dont get stuck with it that would really hurt.

      How did they inform you? I paid with PayPal and so the phone number that came through on my invoice is missing a digit. Did they call or email you with the news?

        They called me and left a voicemail so I called them back. I paid with Paypal too so they can't even allocate the order to another store to complete.

          I just called the store and mine seems fine to dispatch tomorrow. She said she can't change it to pick up, so even within the same store they can't make changes.
