    I use it for salmon quiche. Too strong on its own IMO.

    Red salmon (Sockeye Salmon) has a stronger flavour and generally the texture is fattier (5% more fat). Fattier fish is generally better for you with all those good fish oils. Is it worth the price? Probably not given the huge disparity vs pink salmon.

    I only grab it on special such as these. Otherwise just use twice as much pink salmon - I make Salmon fish cakes all the time. YUM

  Math at current price - $18.75/kg
  Standard price - $37.50/kg (might as well buy fresh salmon for $30/kg).

  Actually 2 x 80g serving per can despite woolies site saying 1 x 80.
