    It's not the same item.IBS-TH1 Plus has internal as well as external probe.
    Your link is IBS-TH1 mini with only internal probe.
    We also have IBS-TH1 mini and it's only AU$33.99

        But inkbird one has internal probe as well as external probe.

    Xiaomi also has a higher accuracy sensor, I did a tear down on mine and found a SHT30 sensor inside which has typical accuracy of ±0.2°C and ±2% RH according to the datasheet.
