So do I. They are rarely on sale half price, their mango icecream is the best one for me.
They don't sell the decent flavors locally in these tubs (Chunky Monkey, Cherry Garcia, etc.).
I've never tried Ben & Jerry's before as the first time I wanted to buy it they would not sell me 2 scoops of the same flavour!
They said they were promoting diversity in support of the LGBIT community and that I had to diversify… I walked away at this point and never returned.
Seeing they charge $12/$14 (approx $30/L) they probably did me a favour in the long run :-)
After reading this comment, I was going to ask if this ice cream is actually any good and worth buying.
But now, I’ll never buy this!

IIRC, that was exactly the point of the promotion/stunt. Forcing the flavours to be different/not allowing to have the same, as how it was for couples before same sex marriage was introduced.
It was banned only until 2 people of the same sex were allowed to be married. Showcasing how dumb it is that this wasn't permitted.
I know, imagine a company that takes pride in its social politics deciding to have a policy in support of same sex marriage. Its completely outrageous, I know you must have felt terrible not being able to get what you wanted.

This was only for a few weeks, with only two of their types of flavours, in the lead up to the marriage equality vote. Two scoops of the same type was to be banned until two people of the same sex were allowed to be married.
I don't think it's a big deal, and to be honest, I prefer that I'm buying from a company with decent values, rather than one that only gives a shit about bottom line.

That is correct, Ben and Jerry's is now owned by Unilever. The previous ownership is probably what snoopydoop was refering to.

There are few things in my life that I am happy about. One of these few things is seeing Ben & Jerry's ice cream on sale.
I like to half vanilla ice cream and half Ben & Jerry's as its super sweet and goes much further this way. I usually let it melt and stir it into a soft serve ice-cream.
Anyone that tries this please come back and provide an honest rating. I would be surprised if it's lower than 7 out of 10
