There's a 30 day refund or exchange policy, I work at the Macquarie store, we allow customers to do the refund and repurchase often.

If you have already removed tags or had altered, buy a new pair and return with old receipt.

      My famous store.

      What's famous about your store?

      • +5

I heard The Brucet goes there.

        • Damn I didn't even know they were a real person!

    • -1

      Uniqlo MY FAMOUS …lol.

      • Got 3 chino today.love it.
        My famous Chinooooooooo… lol.

    • Is your surname Uniqlo?

  • I live in SA where there is no physical store, but traveling interstate soon. How long from purchase can I bring it in to get stitched?

    • You have to get it done at the same time. Then you can usually pick it up later that day or the next day.

      • +2

not true, i've purchased online and brought into store 2 weeks later (worn once and felt they were too long) to get them hemmed. as the post says, it's at the discretion of whoever's doing the alterations.

        • +2

Bring the receipt and you can get it altered at any store within the 30 days of purchase. Sometimes if the manager is feeling nice they'll let u alter pants bought ages ago too as long as receipt is shown.

$6 for a blind stitch tho.

          • @IceCreamsss: I have a question about the difference between length 32in vs 34in.

The style goes slimmer as it goes down so will buying a 34in and altering it to 30in have a different end result vs buying a 32in and altering that to 30in. I assume the 32in length scenario the pants will be slimmer than the 34in scenario, just wanted to confirm my thinking here?

            Hope that makes sense.

            • +2

@langford28: Yes it would be different. The foot hole would be smaller altering the 32inch compared to the 34inch. Though the difference is small it does make a difference for some people.

Think thats why Uniqlo started making 32inch pants, you should've seen the amount of extra fabric the store would produce which is used as cloths for window cleaning

              • @IceCreamsss: Thanks for confirming - yes i'm not that tall so I do need to alter quite a lot.

unfortunately no stock on 32in length for 30in waist size :(

  • +12

Not made for those with meaty calves :(

    • +10

Can confirm will not fit any cow - regardless of age.

    • Was going to ask about this.
Only solution I've found is to get "stretch" chinos with some sort of elasticated feel to them.

    • You buy one or two sizes up and go to a tailor to alter it on the waist
      I have the same issue.

      • It is much easier to alter the length rather than the waist, and hence usually cheaper

Great quality chinos. Use mine often for work

  • Debenhams has decent chinos too for 25$ each

  • +3

What’s the best colour to get that suits most things?

    • I've only bought my first pair of chinos 6 months ago, so might not be the best authority on this.

But I'd say beige or any other colours similar to that.

    • I always get black

    • +2

      Navy blue.
Got 4 of them now, works with everything

    • +1

Beige, Navy Blue, Grey for most things.
Wine and Olive goes with white/navy/denim tops.

      • Uniqlo doesn't have grey chinos surprisingly.. Any other shops that has grey chinos with similar quality to uniqlo?

        • +1

          I bought grey chinos today.

  • how tight are these

    • +1

Compared to the other skinny chinos I have, they are some of the more relaxed ones

I've got asos skinny ones, industry and country road. It's slightly more loose than country road and way more loose than the asos skinny ones. If you have industry chinos, theyre about there.

Asos makes uncomfortably skinny chinos (IMO) and country road is probably as tight as what I'm willing to wear

        username checks out

    • +1

i dont like these at all….I tried them after my Dickies (great fit) needed a little replacing. they are baggy as hell which is odd because i absolutely love how the Blue and Black Ultra Stretch Skinny Fit Jeans are.

what is a 29.90 "normal lock stitch" compared to chinos that are 39.90?

    • +2

They will shorten the leg length for free with a lock stitch if you buy these pants.

If you buy pants on higher clearance ($29.90 or less), or prefer a blind stitch to shorten your pants bought from Uniqlo, they will charge you a $6 alteration fee

  • How long does this sale go for?

    • March 27th

      • Thanks! (:

  • Does anyone know if Uniqlo will taper the pants for you for free? Or is it only shortening?

    • Nope

      • +1

        bummer. these chinos need tapering.

  • +1

Wish they had thicc boy clothes. I'm a 42 waist :(

  • +1

Grabbed a couple pair for delivery. Used $10 new user to save alittle more.

  • +2

I find the dark colours don't last more than a couple of months now before fading badly.

  • I had these before, they are really comfy but wear out pretty quick

    • -4

less washing the best; i normally wash once every 3 months and i wear it daily. just make sure you don't spill coffee otherwise no one will know, trust me.

  • +1

Is this Instore as well or online only?

    • +3

      Yep, instore and online.

      • Excellent will check in store for size and cut

  • -1

    Ultra Stretch Chino included ❔

  • Plenty of stock in Emporium

  • For those who shopped at their overseas stores
, how do prices here compare?

    • +1

      Cheaper overseas

      • Just abit cheaper in China

        • A bit of contrast with Giordano brand where it's high end market in South East Asia but here in Australia, they barely survive and the brand doesn't give you that high end market impression.
