As they go by the number of days then it's 5.5 months. I wouldn't go with any of these 28 days offerings.

Damn these guys for offering a $1.41 per month promotion then having the nerve to use a 4 week month definition. They should be offering a 35 day month to all the ozbargainers porting in and out of different carriers each time a better promo comes up.

As far as I can tell this code is not on Shopback or Cashrewards. So you miss out on 17% or 15% cash back, making this more expensive.
Or have I missed something?

It's $8.46 for 5.5 months, which is $1.54 per month in amaysim vs $8.99 per month in Exetel. It's 5.8 times cheaper. $8.99 vs $1.54 is 83% discount

they will NOT port it immediately. you receive the sim and then start the port from amaysim website during sim activation.
Bit of a dilemma here. I need to port my number over by tomorrow, but totally forgot about the SIM card delivery date. Would I be able to purchase a $2 SIM card in store and use it to activate this deal? Defeats the purpose I know. Should’ve realised before purchasing
You can activate the deal and port your number across. Once that goes through go into replace sim and put in the details of the sim you bought in store. The mobile plan should be transferred to the new sim card.

Any trick for existing user?
Is this a scam? I ordered 2 sims a week ago, so far no message about delivery, even worse no response to my inquiry.
Last November I order a sim as well, ended up not delivered and had to spent quite a bit of time to ask for refund.
Highly recommend NOT to use Groupon.
I've done heaps of these SIM offers with Groupon. Never had any problems. Do you realize you are only buying the voucher code from Groupon? You then need to redeem the voucher code through Amaysim and then Amaysim sends you the SIM. Groupon will specify dates for redemption and SIM activation. As long as you don't miss these dates you shouldn't have any problem.
Last time I did this, I had to wait days for the new Amaysim sim to arrive. What's the faster way of activating a new sim?
Which is better amaysim, lebara or lyca. My preference is to spend max $10 a month and 1 GB is enough. I don't need any calls or messages, just data. Auto renew every month. My preference is that I should not be over billed like I have heard about amaysim.
Belong is best because you don't have to worry about going over data limit.
