Free 1 year student membership at Palace cinema. It does take several weeks for the card to be received in the mail but you can use the sign up email for tickets before you receive the card. Student club entitles you to 2x $11.50 tickets any day.

          @chicken-little: my bad. I just did not recognise those locations and then when i searched them the first time, i could not find anything

  It used to include $10 birthday voucher as well. Is this no longer the case?

      Spot on.
      I got free membership in Qld. Tried to get the free birthday voucher and was told it was for paying members only.
