This camera lacks behind the competitors for at least one generations.
- Massive crop 4k,
- Single card slots,
- no 120fps@FHD,
- slow continuous shooting speed when the competitors are pushing double digits.Nikon z6 and Sony A7III are better buy imho.
yep, having Eye-AF is great, have so many out of focus shots now.
I'm invested in the Canon ecosystem (lotsa lenses) but the thing that really puts me off these two is the poor battery performance.
I think my next one will be a 6D…. but I notice they are out of stock so maybe an upgrade coming there.
Good choice on the 6D. I don’t see the need to upgrade. 4k is overrated.

I’m only new to photography but know enough not to spend $$$ on the best gear. Who knows. Maybe I’ll go back to phone photography for the ease of use.
