Just received my first print from them, not impressed.
The parcel took an extra week cause they stuffed up the address, the paper stock was sub-par and the actual print had banding and colour inconsistencies.
I wanted to support the artist whose print I bought, but i've messaged him directly to avoid using these guys.

Our first order was good. Nice firm cushions. It was a test order, we didn't order as many cushions as we needed. But we were happy with what we received.

Second order had hopelessly incompatible filling (much smaller than the covers). Complained. Replaced free.

Replacements still incompatible. Not as bad, but have still put us off ever ordering again.

They need to sort themselves out. They are hugely inconsistent.
