    Useful for booking a lot of attractions across Asia eg Singapore, Hong Kong Disneyland etc.

    Be wary some attractions in Australia are listed as for foreign nationals only.

    Can anyone figure out the significance of the Special Activities listed in the terms?

    Are the special activities good or bad - ie, are they excluded, or the only things included?

    I contacted them through the site and am still waiting on a response.

      Hi clx. This is because Special Activities normally has a lower Cashback tier. But these can be ignored for the purposes of this promo. The 'up to' tiers revert after Wednesday. Hope this makes sense :)

        From the reviews it seems they are fine unless something goes wrong (with the odd major issue like fake tickets). Then you have no customer support and have to fight for a refund.

    The cashrewards chrome extension only shows 3.5%
    Im already a klook member. So ineligible for the $5 off.

      I would assume the same as any other CR transaction, usually within a day but can take up to a week.

      Any issues with tracking after a week, they have a spot on their website where you can get help, or ask our very own TA.

      Never had any issues :)

      Hi tajid. Cashback inrease is for everyone until midnight Wednesday. It then drops to the following tiered rates:

      • Activities and Experiences 3.5%
      • Attractions and Shows 2.0%
      • Food and Dining 3.5%
      • Special Activities 1.4%
      • Tours and Sightseeing 3.5%
      • Transport and Wi-Fi Devices 2.8%

          It's against their TOS, but you can refer your friend and get some $$ for doing so at the same time

          Alternatively if you want the cashback for their transaction (rude!) then you can just ask them to pay you and say you'll buy it for them.

          Lots of ways to do whatever you like without breaking their TOS :)

    Thanks OP, Expecting a $150 cash back for the 3 JR passes! Note that they charge you in USD, so I will have to pay 3% for the overseas transaction charges (fee waiver benefit on my ING account is not activated until next month)

    How do Klook even make money on this, wasn't aware that there is such a big profit margin for JR passes.

      Argh, I was in your position just 5 hours ago… hadn't checked OzB recently, ordered 3xJR 7 day passes. Missed out on $150!

      Use Citibank Plus, Bankwest Zero, 28 Degrees, all have no forex fees.

        Maybe ask Klook if they can refund it without the 10% cancellation fee given its likely not to have been shipped?

        I didn't have any of those cards you listed right away and this finishes tomorrow.

    Do transactions with Klook AU in AUD generate a foreign transaction fee? I don't have enough funds in my Citibank Plus so would have to use CBA…

      They charge you in USD, rather than AUD.

      So yes, you will be charged with the fee by your CBA account.
