    You can get Macro fresh free range chicken for similar price if you wait until they mark it down after sitting in the fridge for 5 days.

      I wouldn't recommend that video to someone who has never cooked a whole chicken before. There are much easier ways to cook a whole chicken.

        Personally, when this deal comes around I just cut the breast out for use in a simple dish, and make stock with the rest of the carcass.

        YMMV, I guess? We had never cooked a whole chicken before and found it easy enough. Like I said, the results were delicious!
