  • Mio GPS Maps are unique that it can warn over speed based on actual speed limit on streets

    • My tomtom navigator also can do that :)

      • DSE guy told me tomtom maps (one XL) doesnt come with speed limits per street. You sure it will warn you dynamically like 40 zone at school, 50 at residential area, like that? What model you have?.

        • My one is tom tom navigator v6 - installed on my pda.

          • @elcheapo: I too have tomtom 6 on my windows mobile phone - i think you are talking about the speed warning you set manually. Tomtom map dont know M4 got some place 90 , and some places 100/110, so it cannot warn your speed automatically. Mio maps got this on the map itself and tomtom certainly didnt have this.

  • $217 in officeworks catalogue if you want to pick it up yourself and no need to wait for postage.

    Office works prod id symioc220

    • Will they price match if showing this offer? Will be even good :-)

    • Tough negative vote there. $199 + $18 postage = $217. Although it's the same price as Officeworks, but it's cheaper than many other retailers. And you wouldn't have to spend the time and drive to Officeworks and hope that they still have it in stock.

      It's not a bad deal I reckon.

  • agree with pw2002au
    shopping square is RIPP OFF

    • pw2002au didn't even say ShoppingSquare is ripping off. What is your basis here?

I think it is a bit harsh making a negative vote for an item that is the same price WITHOUT DELIVERY (btw, here is the link to Mio C220 at OfficeWorks. I know you can go into the shop to pick one up, but then you need to consider whether there is one in stock in your local OW.

  • danilochan.. your deal is rockbottom but if you consider reviewing your shipping cost, I am sure your online store will have more purchases.. :)

  • Id just rather see shipping (for metro areas) included in the overall costs. I know its hard to compute and perhaps was a bit harsh with my negative … but find that if there is a negative against a bargain I'll review it more carefully. If I see 20+ positives then I know its a good thing.

    • I'll keep mine neutral post :)

      I like the price (+1) but I don't like the shipping fee (-1) .. so 0 :)

      lol..
