Op. I have QCY T1S which I got from the previous deal from you. I’m an ordinary guy listening to ordinary songs but the sound quality is so terrible and thought because the product is faulty?

  I paid around $25 for the T1C and I'm still absolutely amazed by their sound quality for how much I paid. You should probably get your pair returned and checked out.

    Maybe mine must be faulty. This thing sounded worse than $5 wired earphone. .

      Try to find out what codec your device is using. I found on a MacBook that when you enable microphone it falls back to SBC codec which is horrible. Unexpected behaviour but heaps heaps better when it was using a proper codec.

      I bought T1S from last deal and both the sound quality & volume is great for $30.
      
      So, yours are definitely faulty. Maybe get in touch with them & if u have to return it, get claim shipping charges to PayPal.

  I have the SoundPeats ones from Amazon, which are the same model, but rebranded.
  To be honest, I think they sound great, even before factoring in the price.

  Have you tried this on multiple devices? I think the sound is great for the price and I've used quite a few headphones. I am thinking perhaps there could be an issue with the audio codec in use if it's a particularly old device. Otherwise faulty as suggested.

Can you connect to two separate devices at once..ie, surface for watching movies on the train and to your phone also?
My plantronics does, but it's a little more than this price new.
Galaxy buds don't seem to be able to either :(

These dogs great for cheap tws buds. Nearly all wired buds will sound and better, but obviously they aren't wireless. Big audio lag for videos in android and iPhone. Connection can be unreliable. Doesn't support bt 5 features unfortunately

Why in the order, it says Australia Post (1-6 business days) but when the order is updated with delivery details, it then says China. That is so misleading and very dishonest. Can you please reply?
