  I'm still waiting for mine from September 2018 (yep thats right 7 months ago)

  Still battling through my weekly email with customer service who insist its "on its way" even though tracking shows they never shipped.

  Just be aware that their Customer service is an absolute shitshow , put it on credit so you can get your money back

  I'll never buy from Lootcrate again. I've had many orders take more then 8 months to arrive or after many messages to find out where a product is that was missing, to be told months later oh product soldout when it wasn't soldout when I bought it months ago. Lootcrate bad at customer service. We used love the lootvault clearance sales but I don't waste my time anymore. I think they still technically owe me a few products that were ordered in 2017.
