I guess ShopBack Rep is the best person to confirm it. I didn't see why it wouldn't work for your AW monitor though.
Or, suggest you chat to a Dell Rep online, mention the 2 offers and see what's the best price they could offer. I got a Dell agent who offered me something close to the final price after the 2 offers combined.

Yep no reason for it not to work, but note that if you're doing any price negotiations this won't work with cashback.
Also another thing to note is that Dell outlet purchases don't qualify for cashback either.

For the $300 extra dollerydoos you get significantly better support if there's anything wrong with the panel. Dell will send you a replacement in advance of a return (and do very quickly) if you have any problem within 3 years of the purchase date.
will the replacement be a refurb or brand new?

Damn, I bought the U3219Q last week.
Lord, if only the xps 15 in dell outlet had a 4k screen. the 1080 is for $1800 now which is a steal but maybe worth it to wait until 9580 release in June/July for prices to drop even further
