A pop-up screen came up in my online account for both Qantas American Express Ultimate Card and American Express Westpac Altitude Black Card. Offer has been also confirmed in online chat. 10000 Qantas points seem to be good for 2*$500 spend within 3 months.

Not sure if it is targeted, so feel free to check your AMEX online dashboard. Good Luck!

    I have got this offer in my AMEX online account for my Qantas Ultimate card, so if it is not targeted, then yes, you should be eligible

    I got this on my Amex Explorer….sad that it’s only worth 2500 KrisFlyer points.

    I have the Qantas Amex Ultimate card.
    no pop up, but i found how to add an additional card holder… on the screen there is nothing about bonus points for me :-/

      I also have Qantas Amex Ultimate card and haven't received the popup yet. I asked a rep on the online chat, he told me that the offer is solicited but everyone should receive it at some point as they progressively offer to card holders. He said to keep an eye out for it, it will appear at some point. Not sure why they do it like that but worth keeping an eye out

    Seems targeted, no offer on my account. Asked through online chat about it and was told:

    "that is a solicited offer and posting on the eligible accounts one by one. Please keep checking your account for your offer. When your account will be eligible for this offer, you will see it online and using the pop up link you can avail the offer"

    No, up to 4 additional cardholders should be free as far as I remember, but it is better to check with AMEX

    So I called the number on my statement and got an aussie call centre (I have the Qantas Amex Ultimate card).
    They suggested yes, they can add an additional card holder, this additional card needs to have a spend of $500 by 30 July.
    They read out a bunch of T&Cs and then said it will be delivered.
    No need to 'activate' something to click a button on your account blah blah.
    Not sure… fingers crossed I was informed correctly.

    I applied for an additional holder and received a call from Amex wanting to get extra details from me which I declined due to security concerns and said I will call Amex back myself. I haven’t had the time call back since a week ago and have been receiving multiple phone calls, texts and emails per day from them!!! I recognize their number and don’t even pickup or just hang up and still, they keep calling back! I’m quite shocked.

      Online chat says, "The bonus points for this will be added on the account within 8-10 weeks since the charge was completed."

        Well, I have spent more than $500 on sub card last monthly cycle, but no bonus points received yet from new statement. Will wait and see next month statement before give them a call.
