      SOLD!! hahahah

    • was on Carnival Spirit couple of months ago, yep! the ice cream is from a couple of softserve machines, but unlimited. The pizza was excellent too.

      • Is the pizza like a made to order thing? Or is it in a warmer? Is the buffet food nice in general? Thx

        • +1

The pizzas are made to order, thin crust type, better than most suburban and commercial pizzas! They have from memory 5 different pizzas you can choose. During meal times they try to make enough ahead of time to supply, otherwise ordering takes 10min to cook.

The buffet food is…buffet food, but there are usually 'default' restaurants your cabin will be assigned to so you can go have proper sit down meals.

There are plenty of food options on Spirit. There is no cokes tho! their drinks are supplied by Nestle…whom doesn't have a brand of coke under the brand. But you can byo softdrinks in cans. There is a limit to how many you can take onboard.

But you shouldn't be too bothered by food on a cruise…it's about the entertainment, the destination and relaxing time with your travelling partner…food…is secondary IMO.

          • @hippo2s: Cheers! Ain’t no relaxing time with a 5 year old 😆

  • I think the guaranteed balcony stateroom for $98 more per person would definitely be worth it.

  • Always curious on how big these boats are.

Is there a place where it list all the names of boats and rank them in order of size and capacity and entertainment activities..??

    • no idea in terms of comparison but the ones that service Aus are small compared to the giants that serve Caribbean areas from US or around Europe, those are like twice or three time as big as the biggest that can dock in Sydney.

Looks like Spirit is only just over 2000 guests, according to that site the Symphony of the Sea has guest capacity of just over 6000 guests…so 3x as big…
