Google Home Hub + Google Home Mini (Charcoal) $177 @ Harvey Norman

740

Harvey Norman has a bundle where you can buy the Google home hub with the Google home mini as a bundle for $177.

Not the best price for the hub alone but with the mini it might be a little more worth it.

Also available in the Chalk bundle:

Just read that Google has reduced Home Hub pricing to US$99…

"And the Google Nest Hub smart display (formerly the Google Home Hub) will have a $130 price tag. It previously sold for $150 — but it's been widely on sale ahead of Mother's Day for $99 or less."

      • This is what I read

        Engadget

The Nest Hub Max will be available this summer for $229. Last year's Hub, which is getting renamed to Home Hub, will be reduced to $99 and will now be available in Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain and Sweden.

        Confusing…

        • The nest hub max contains a camera, so you can do video calls with it. I think that's the main difference. And slightly bigger screen.

          • @tor: Also better speakers from what I read.

    • It was stated 129 usd at Google io

And still $199 AUD on Google store. So not sure where you getting $99 from

      • Engadget. Gave the link above. Probably messed up with the product

        • Guess they offering a cheaper version then google

Note that Google are releasing a Home Nest Hub Max, which is 10" instead of 7" and has an integrated camera.

hub max does look more useful (camera so can make calls via duo app), but $350aud is high. If your not going to use it for calls (or have multiple people in ur home with separate schedules) then u can just buy the normal home hub.

    • For grey stock US version ;)

    • Would OW pricematch this?
Edit: nvm, it is grey stock

    • Damn that stings….

  • Why isn't the purple(-ish) Pixel 3A not listed in the Australian Google Store? Looks good.

  • This screen is tiny, I'm hanging out for the Home Hub XL.

Would you let a stranger eavesdrop in your home and keep the recordings? For most people, the answer is, "Are you crazy?"

Note: Article focuses on Alexa, but nearly all of the points apply to Google's product as well

  • Can they talk with each other ?

    • -1

Duo calls no drop in like Alexa show

  • "Something's gone wrong!
We can't find the page you're looking for, but we want to help you find it."

    Looks to be removed…
