I tried testing to order online but it was asking for payment method. So i stop using.
Tried it via app while inside the store. No option to specify pick up on a certain time. Once you order, they automatically define the time for pick up.
@atlinus: You usually have an "I'm already here" option to press when you're not within a certain range of the store. When this is pressed, the order/transaction takes place. Because your phone's GPS put you at the store, it took care of that step for you.
So if I screenshot say 4 vouchers on my phone, when I go to a kiosk to redeem one, will all the vouchers be cancelled.?

Gmail has a feature where [email protected] is the same as [email protected]. You can use this to have multiple "email addresses" but only one real email address. Similarly, gmail also treats [email protected] the same as [email protected] and [email protected].
Most mobile apps need SMS verification though to make an account - so multiple emails isn't likely to be enough. Not sure about Maccas app.
@yaziyo: Macca's doesn't ask for your number, or if it does it doesn't care about multiple accounts. I have 5 or so. And an eating disorder.

6 cars in drive thru at 8:30am, all 6 were for a free quarter pounder. I’m the end the burger I got was dry and tatsteless not helped by them not putting any sauce on it at all
Customise! Then staff have to pay extra attention to your order. Added extra free sauces & pickles - was bit too moist🍔

If this was not just a genuine free burger but some dumb hack where you delete the meat from the free burger, add some ice cream cones to your order, and put the ice cream inside the bun for a free "ice cream sandwich" it'd be over 1000+.

I received an email from oporto to participate with count down timer to visit store but they didnt mention any free burger. Login to their app, no promotion either.
KFC is buy one get one free. Haven’t seen much else from the other big take away joints. Some smaller ones are doing a sort of promo.

Its obviously crashing cos so many people on it. my advice = keep reloading when you are in store. That worked for me and others in Sydney CBD
App is having problems when checking in to the store. Had to use the code at the kiosk which worked.
Review: Definitely tastes different to what I'm used to. Better I think. 4:1 could have been a bit fresher and juicer but it was still nice. Could go for another one actually. The taste in my mouth is intoxicating.
Also if you're getting the error saying your store isn't participating, go to the "order" screen and then select your store. Then when you get to usual order screen go to My Rewards and continue as usual.

No. Had to put in my sign in details again but then worked fine.
I think this deal is killing their infrastructure. Opened app and it started with me signed out. It said they're having issues on their end and to restart the app. Eventually logged in after a password reset, it still has the notification that they're having problems and all my coffee rewards are missing :(

I ordered 1 over the app, then decided I would go inside and use the kiosk, but my app order appears to still be active, can I still pick up my app order one?
You can't use the voucher twice. The app order will not work once the voucher is scanned on a kiosk
I've managed to do it before. Used the kiosk and the app to order at the same time. I think I got an error on the app but it still got sent through to the store and I was able to pick it up.
I doubt you could do it now especially with all the volume of the app right now.
When did you last do that trick?
Way back maybe 18 months ago when the app was very glitchy was the last time I was able to get away with that method.

You only need a new email, and you don't even need to have access to that email. Don't need a new phone or number. It's actually a burger buffet all day if you don't mind starting new accounts.

Go to the order screen, then choose the store to order from, then go into My Rewards and you should be able to add it.
I just closed the app and re-opened it and it seemed to fix it

Edit: very impressed. I got mine in around 7 mins. Queue is now flowing nicely with 4 counters open also
Edit 2: despite being hastily slapped together (strangely the patty was bigger than the bun) it was a very nice burger. They've upped their game.
My daughter and I had Quarter Pounders for breakfast. No waiting at 0830 in Launceston. Nothing better than two Ozbargainers sharing some father daughter time!
I love sausage and egg mcmufins though what it be irresponsible of me to order one when maccas lines are so huge, as the grill has to be cleaned and setup for this item…
Potentially dumb question…but how long does an order stay 'valid'? I know that the KFC app tells you when you need to arrive instore for the order to remain valid, but don't think I've ever seen that on the Maccas app.
