    You bid how much you want to pay for clicks or impressions, so it's up to you but if your bid is low, it's less likely that your add is shown. For CPC, it recommends you bid somewhere between 1.10 and 1.80 so you can expect to pay up to that much per click.

    You can enter the coupon code when you enter your CC details.

      What happens when the coupon runs out?

  Just tried it, when I try to redeem the code it says:

  "For this promotion only a certain number of codes were distributed. All of the distributed codes have been activated. Unfortunately you will be unable to use this code. We apologize for the inconvenience."

  And I'm a new customer.. just created my first advert.
