      I am in a similar scenario.
      It has now been fully charged to my card (i.e. not pending) and there is no credit.
      However when I check my offers it shows as redeemed now.

      When it was a pending charge it didn't show redeemed and also it didn't say the charge was from chemist warehouse.

    I purchased $100+ online and no email about the $20 cashback. I did however get an email about my $5 cashback for the Amex App offer.

    The T&Cs state:

    Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly with your Card to which the offer is saved, in-store at the Chemist Warehouse Group or online at www.chemistwarehouse.com.au, www.mychemist.com.au and www.mybeautyspot.com.au.

    Does this mean online purchases are exempt from this $20 cashback deal?

    Very annoyed. Chemist warehouse wasn't able to fulfill my complete order which resulted in a partial refund dropping the spend to just under $100…

    The original charge was for over 100, then the next day the was a refund for 99c.

    Still no $20 cashback either.

    Thinking of returning the full order for a refund. (I still haven't received my order though as it's with Australia Post)

      No dramas. Just pop into a CW if you've got one close by and make a purchase of items (or buy a gift card) for the shortfall amount.

      Remember - the offer is good for multiple purchases totalling $100.

    How long is CW gift card valid for? The card I received shows an expiry of 1 year, the CW staff says valid for 3 years. Thank you.

      I think legally all retailers are supposed to have 3 year expiry for gift cards from this year. This is definitely applicable in NSW, not sure if its nationwide.

    Anyone actually received the $20 back as yet? In my Amex App, the offer states it has been redeemed, and the offer has disappeared from "My offers" on the Amex desktop website version.

    For those that await with interest…

    Just got off a Live Chat with AMEX to see if they could see how all my transactions were tracking. Was a bit concerned as I had multiple transactions.

    They confirmed all the ones I made are eligible and tracking, however as the Chemist Warehouse offer is running from another campaign different to the usual ones, it will be anytime from now until 31/07/2019 as stated in the t&c's, even though previous offers have been credited very quickly within days of transaction.

    Patience is a virtue, in this case.

    Manir at 9:20, Jul 31: The credits are being applied automatically by the system on all card accounts. If in case, it doesn't apply automatically by today due to any technical reasons, you may contact us and we will manually add them for you. You already were confirmed about the eligibility.

    Basically it should hit our accounts by the end of today. My guess is that it could be based on US timezone so technically they are still 30/07. We'll see by today's end.

    If not, AMEX are gonna be getting an influx of contact from unhappy customers I think.
