    The is a decent phone except for the fact its runnning this:

    That's slightly underpowered.

        My s6 edge started boot looping for no known reason to me, so now I'm back to a S2 until i get a new phone. My S2 can only make calls/messages and camera works too. No apps can function as the operating system is too old neither will the GPS. Good to hear your S3 is still in a working condition.

      I have a Moto phone of a similar vintage and Snapdragon 4xx specs. It is powerful enough for day to day, albeit I don't game.

      Usual caveat applies, it's a microUSB clearance item stuck on Oreo with Android Q just around the corner and officially no LineageOS support.

      sounds like what is missing in some of those xiaomi (e.g. pocofone f1) and one plus one phones

      does the oneplus 7 pro have any of these features?
      I know it has no ip water rating but that is cos they didn't want to pay for certification, but someone still tested it in water
      and it still works.

    hard to get a half decent phone with decent software these days it seems.

    about software. what options are there apart from lineageos for phones?
    lineage seems to be garbage by virtue of the fact i tried to find a bit older phones that are reasonably prices but lineage does not officially support anymore.
    whats the point. so to get good support you need to buy a premium phone it seems? (profanity) that.

    cant wait how much of a fun disaster the librem5 is gonna be when it eventually arrives.

    I did pay $179 when JB on special a while ago, it has been serving me well for the past few months, from an ancient G3, this is way better already. I can't complain for a phone which is good enough to do its daily job for under $200.

      The Q6's processor is slower than the S5, but Q6 would have a more optimised skin.
      You're better off with a $200-250 phone.

      Hey Heero, the price has not moved, you can only get it for $152 if you're an eBay plus member.
