      Because they are much slower and actually have inferior flash ROM chips. Not that this SSD is that good (it doesn't take full advantage of USB 3.1 gen 2 & the random read/write is below par for a Samsung SSD).

      They only released the red and rose gold colourways recently; around Mothers' Day if im not mistaken.
