Its from boost juice so we know this is healthy too :)

      Is that sarcasm?

      • +6

Yup, 'fresh' fruit juices have some of the highest sugar contents per 100ml out of all drinks, second to only Coke/Pepsi and maybe Nutrient Water.

Throw Oreos into the mix and you might as well be having a thick shake or ice cream.

        • These are milkshakes.

The large (610ml) contains 73g sugars (total) about 10g more than a 600ml Coke.

It has about 2400 KJ which is around 30% of an average daily calorie requirement.

        • Are these added sugars or are they from the fruits?

      • Was that a genuine question or was that sarcasm as well? Surely you didn't need tags…

        Now I'm confused.

This doesn't taste impressive and the chocolate gets stuck in the straw.

      That's what she said…

Buying this drink will up your BJ game for sure

  • Is the mint or normal better

    • +2

I prefer normal - I think you know if you'd want Mint (i.e., prefer other shakes and meals with mint flavouring.. I can't stand the stuff myself).

    • +2

The mint is funky. Almost returned it on the spot but persisted. Would not recommend.

Oreos in juice? What is this? America?

    • Barely taste the Oreo. I think better if they dunk 2 more Oreo :)

  • +6

I guess they've finally given up on trying to promote their drinks as somewhat "healthy".

  • These are pretty great. I think they're one of the better shakes compared to say Krispy Kreme shakes or something like a Maccas thickshake etc.

Well worth $5 - it's not healthy but given the popularity of midnight Maccas deals I doubt anyone here cares.

I do. I'll never buy boost. The whole business was built on lies about how healthy the drinks are. BS.

Comparing boost juice to coke to justify its healthier is like saying better to smoke cigarettes than snort cocaine cause a fag is better.
