Must login as DM rewards member and select case from the drop down menu.
When you go to cart you need to change from pack to case.
I chose click n collect and picked up from my local at Chadstone 1/2 hour ago.

I'm always in amazement when people call the companies about a pricing error, there's always at least one who makes it to the comments in every big deal so I have to wonder how many others call and don't comment.
Why would you call them? How would anything work in your favour from doing that?
I was asking them to tell me which stores still had it. They were fully aware of the deal due to all the other calls asking about it. By me enquiring about stock levels didn’t wreck it for all of you. Best everyone calm down and have a drink to relax.

Just got a call from my local dan Murphy store he said it was a pricing error and they are out of stock BUT will still honour it if I was happy to wait for the next batch . I said YES SIR I can wait. YES!
The slab comes to $11, tried click and collect from all my local stores Mulgrave, Oakleigh South, Chadstone and Glen Waverley but not working. Is it only delivery acceptable now?

Mate i feel for you, i went down and picked up my order fron bentons (mornington) and they came out with 2 6 packs.. after a bit of talking they honoured the deal but unfortunately they gave it to me in all six packs haha, now they don't have any left and they told me another order came through but they will have to cancel as i took the last stock

It feels as if I stole it. I don't even normally drink cider, but this tastes OK, sweet and easy.
Ok, when i went to collect my order, store manager refused to honour, after some discussion he agreed to call online support, apparently 500+ orders within 20mins, at tgat time they were working on getting it down, finally online agreed to refund balance to the store, & honour the slab

Picked up mine from DM Coburg without issue, they don't have it in case, so I got four packs. Expire Nov 19, which is good for me, normally 1 bottle a week.
Store honoured my order… but they didn't have slabs so i got 8 six packs.
Those who got the collection SMS/mail i am sure you can get it provide store has stocks

After placing the order, I called the store to make sure I wouldn't go down for nothing. They confirmed my order so I drove there. But once I got there I was told no cigar. It was eventually honoured, luckily. I stayed calm and polite. Managed to get a couple of cases but I feel really bad for Dan Murphy's and I hope no-one gets fired. I should have offered a bottle to each of the staff.
Dont feel bad. Woolies can cover the costs easily. They are good about honouring price errors unlike Coles.

Picked up at DM Bulleen - guy serving me mentioned it was a price error, but head office told them to honour the orders.

@apptrack: Just received an email from DM said they have processed the refund. It will take up to 3 days to refund to the card.
Same got a pick up notice and then the cancellation 5 mins later

The transaction was finished and Dan Murphy's sent thru the invoice. The pick-up process is somehow to process MY cider, not for Dan Murphy's to hold both my goods and my money.
@Al123: They should be refunding back via your PayPal account yes you could put a claim in if not refunded soon
Picked up my slab today without problem. Hadn't received a text saying it was cancelled..
When I went to pick it up, they had the slab ready for me, but couldn't find the order in their system, still let me take it after signing and showing ID. Thanks OP
I went in as if I didn’t get the message which I did couldn’t find my order in the system boss came out said sorry about the mix up but head office said all orders are cancelled but still gave me a ctn and said you will also get a refund winner 👍 so got 2 ctns for $11 first one I picked up the night before 👍 big time winner on booze this week 2ctns cider 4 bottles of wine and a ctn beer for $41

Picked up my $11 slab ordered last night from Doncaster East today with no issues. Also grabbed 2x6 pack of close to date Brunswick Bitter for about $7.50//pack. Thanks OP!
