    after their massive promo fail, I'd pass..
    (not like I was gonna spend $9 on <500ml ice cream anyways lol)

    but thanks OP for reminding us about the $14 gc we submitted 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back about

          like? i am new to this virtual visa. at least amazon or some other big retailers do not accept combine card payment. the only thing i found now is to pay 2 months amazon prime 6.99/M

          UPDATE, I did some search, actually we can use the $14 to buy a $14 amazon egift card from amazon and then use both gift card and another credit card. solved

        they had a promo where if you buy their ice cream, they'll give you a $14 visa gift card.

        firstly, they said our claims will be verified within 10 business days as stated in their t&c, which didn't happen
        secondly, after 3 weeks of waiting, they decided to do a receipt and sms verification, but their system was so messed up, people couldn't upload receipts or retrieve sms

            @Bryanalves: in their t&c, they said they could ask for verification of receipts again, but if you had submitted a clear image the first time, just resubmit the same image

    I do want to apologize for posting about Ben's and Jerry's, when I linked the GC I assumed the negs were for it being expired and not the fact hat some people didn't get the gift cards, I wasn't able to use the deal so it went over my head
