The deal that I've been waiting for! Based on previous ebay UK sitewide deals, this should work for Paypal gift cards.

Valid from 12:00 PM Friday 14 June 2019 (9pm AEST) to 11:59Pm, Saturday 15 June 2019 (** 16/6 8.59am AEST**).

Minimum spend A$91.79, maximum discount A$183.59. One redemption only!

* eBay gift cards
* Woolworths WISH gift card / WISH Gift Card
* All PayPal digital gift cards. Change the .com.au to .co.uk.

PayPal Digital Gifts eBay is now marked as away and can't process orders.**

All other items - find the item on eBay.com.au and change the .com.au to .co.uk.

10% off also applies for Officeworks, Target and Fantastic Furniture. Postage will need to be paid as there is no C&C option for eBay UK.

10% off for auto parts which are usually excluded from eBay AU sitewide sales.

How it works -

Option 1:

Find what you want on eBay.com.au then change the URL at the start to eBay.co.uk for easy purchasing.

If above doesn't work then try this.

Option 2:

Considering what happened in the last deal, the country switch doesn't seem to work anymore, so you will most likely have to make a new account at eBay UK to take advantage of this offer.

Add random UK address and use AU mobile to confirm account via SMS, then add AU address as preferred/Primary Delivery Address (postage address) before ordering.

Tip : Use Dummy email by using existing email to register at eBay UK without creating new email id.

        Just tried creating a dummy email using the "+ebay1" variation.

        Gmail says "Sorry, only letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and periods (.) are allowed.

        Any workaround?

          ur doing it wrong. you dont have to create a new email. just add +ebay1 to your existing gmail address and it will make it to ur gmail account.

          Tell your friend there's no need to create a dummy email. Just add '+ebay1' to your existing email and you'll still receive the mail in your existing mailbox.

          Eg:
          Existing email: [email protected]

          Try sending a mail to [email protected] and you'll get it in your existing mailbox.

          Use that dummy email to create an eBay account under eBay UK.

              So [email protected] is the same as [email protected] and [email protected]

              It's been a feature since at least 2008.

              a number of other products and applications also use the same + mechanism to deliver email to one inbox

              then run routines and scripts on the emails in the inbox focusing on the content after +.

              GMAIL for example you can make rules for emails listed as
              to: [email protected]
              move straight to bin as you are unlikely to give that address to friends

          No, can't buy gift cards using gift cards. But gift cards can be stacked with eBay coupons.

          No. If you buy $500 of gift cards it will charge you $500 AUD. The entire txn is in AUD

            @isthisreallife22: I understand that but CBA and Citibank also charge the international transaction fee if the transaction occurs OS even if the transaction is in AUD.

            I have been charged an international fee even though the amount was charged in AUD, because the facility was overseas. This occurred with LEGO on the LEGO Australian store. LEGO use to anyway process their payments for my case in Germany.

                  @GoldenDragon888: Was a CBA credit card. The card would normally incur (?3.0% - can't remember sorry) international transaction fee. The transaction went through as normal, didn't pay fee. This was during this deal.

    To save any issues with the dummy email idea, create one you can access. In the past, people have had gift cards literally sent into thin air that they couldn't access.

      The link in the OP is to ebau Australia gift cards (which you just happen to be buying on eBay.co.uk). If you buy these, they will only work on eBay.com.au
