The deal that I've been waiting for! Based on previous ebay UK sitewide deals, this should work for Paypal gift cards.

Valid from 12:00 PM Friday 14 June 2019 (9pm AEST) to 11:59Pm, Saturday 15 June 2019 (** 16/6 8.59am AEST**).

Minimum spend A$91.79, maximum discount A$183.59. One redemption only!

* eBay gift cards
* Woolworths WISH gift card / WISH Gift Card
* All PayPal digital gift cards. Change the .com.au to .co.uk.

PayPal Digital Gifts eBay is now marked as away and can't process orders.**

All other items - find the item on eBay.com.au and change the .com.au to .co.uk.

10% off also applies for Officeworks, Target and Fantastic Furniture. Postage will need to be paid as there is no C&C option for eBay UK.

        How about others? So far from what I gathered, they refunded
        - 2nd lot of GCs (any GCs)
        - 5x$250 Wish card
        - 4x$250 Wish card

        Collect some statistics so we don't make the same mistake again.
        Maybe Ops can create a poll for it.

          My first order of wish gift cards was refunded and the second order of the same (which had my Ebay account immediately suspended and order cancelled) was actually fulfilled. Used the same PayPal.

              @fatice: No reason, it happened right away and the "bid was cancelled" on the wish gift cards. However it was still fulfilled.

          My experience might provide some insight.
          I ordered 3 batches of ebay gc using the same paypal account but 2 different linked credit cards
          1st batch using card A and got the gcs
          2nd batch using card A and all refunded
          3rd batch using card B and got the gcs

          same address, same name, same ip, except diff card

    It looks like a number of people complained because they didn't receive their cards by Saturday night, which drew ebay and PayPal's attention to the loophole. Feedback from someone I know at PayPal is that people should be happy to get a refund as technically they could have cancelled everyone's eBay and PayPal account for abusing the ts and C's.

      Except a simple search on ozb reveals this deal pops up every 2 months with similar outcomes.. no one is tipping ebay off, they know. Selling giftcards at 10% off can be profitable considering a higher percentage of folks forget to redeem their credit. Ebay keep this loophole in play for a reason.

        For the batch that was not refunded and presumably you've received the GC, what was the order qty and denomination of the GC?
        Was the order for the batch refunded placed later than the one that was not refunded?

          5 x $200 ebay GCs
          both of them,
          the one that was refunded was the later one,
          the transactions were minutes apart

              4 ebay accounts and bought 5 cards in each account and got them all. Used the same Paypal for the first 3. 4th was still the same Paypal but linked to bank account instead of MC because the MC was autoblocked. Didn't have the same experience the last time around in Dec when 2 out of my 4 orders were refunded (3x100 bws refunded, 5x100 bws refunded, 5x50 bws received, 5x250 wish received). Later in Dec I got 5x50 Jetstar received, 5x25 big w received, 1x100 eb games + 4x25 bws refunded, 5x25 bws refunded. So yeah I was pretty surprised that all 4 came through. These were all wish gift cards (5x50 then 3x5x100)

    So for those whose orders were cancelled, you should be able to get a voucher from eBay for the equivalent amount that your discount was (in my case £70), effectively making this deal very useful!

        Just chat to support - whenever you use a code/voucher to pay and it's refunded, they'll generally give you a new voucher back.
