The deal that I've been waiting for! Based on previous ebay UK sitewide deals, this should work for Paypal gift cards.

Valid from 12:00 PM Friday 14 June 2019 (9pm AEST) to 11:59Pm, Saturday 15 June 2019 (** 16/6 8.59am AEST**).

Minimum spend A$91.79, maximum discount A$183.59. One redemption only!

* eBay gift cards

* All PayPal digital gift cards. Change the .com.au to .co.uk.

PayPal Digital Gifts eBay is now marked as away and can't process orders.**

          check your eBay invoice and see what e-mail address you entered, for the Gift cards to be sent to
          (this could be different to your normal eBay / Paypal addresses) ?

          check your E-mail account's Spam/Junk folders ?

              @sujongwah: if it says "waiting", then that's a different matter.
              otherwise, you can check your Order details and it will show the E-mail address that the gift cards are supposed to be sent to.
              for me, this is different to any of my E-mail addresses.

              so, this is important to check too.

                  @sujongwah: I've had it take 36 hours previously. They don't seem to proceed in order of receipt. Also, their process seems to require some sort of human intervention - the person that processes gift cards probably wants (and deserves) a weekend.

    I'm receiving 3 error messages when trying to buy $600 worth of eBay Gift Cards:

    "Sorry, we can't complete your checkout at this time. Please try changing your item quantity or check your account status."

    "The seller is on holiday. If you wish to purchase the item, please allow additional time for your order to be processed."

    "This item cannot be purchased because this item cannot be sent to your delivery address."

    I just tried to use one of my wish cards, that arrived via email at 10:54pm last night and it was declined at the woolies self check out… Hopefully just a matter of time until it's active?

    I have the card loaded into the app, where everything looks fine and normal. Balance is there and status is Available..

        I was using up multiple card balances to finish off several cards and didn't check remaining balance owing.. I was trying to pay $107 with a $100 card.

    When the deal went live I tried to purchase an item from an Australian seller instead of purchasing a GC. I didn't go ahead wth the purchase because GST wasn't removed as per the OPs comments.

    Can anyone confirm GST would have been removed on the gift cards?

    Would a $100 gift card end up costing $81 or $90?

        So it appears Ebay is leaving in GST because the delivery is in Australia.

        Which makes me wonder if a delivery to an UK address would have been GST free. I checked a few random gift cards but none allowed postage to the UK. I assume no GCs allow delivery to an overseas address.

          GST isn't charged on gift cards. GST is charged a the point of sale of the good or service redeemed. The gift cards are like cash.

        I have placed 2 orders using 2 ebay accounts, but same paypal account. Received ebay gift cards after 12 hours, but no Wish gift card yet.

        Just contacted their customer support and I was advised that they could see the paypal transaction on their end, but the corresponding gift cards aren't generated on "another" system. They have escalated this to their technical support and i can expect an outcome by Monday COB.

    Going by previous GC deals these do take awhile sometimes. Also last time one GC turned up days later. So be patient I would say. If you don't receive it by early next week then definitely email them.

    To everyone panicking about their cards, previous times this had been possible it has taken several days for all cards to come through. Part of the card issuing process is manual and they seem to run on reduced staff and hours over the weekends. This has how it has been every time in the past. Personally, I'd suggest not wasting time getting stressed and chill out until at least Wednesday.

          You can combine them with eBay US codes and access AU stores via eBay.com, though the number of site codes for US eBay has significantly dropped, and they are using a rebate system of late.

        You're using a fake account with a fake uk address and breaking the ts and C's of the eBay offer and calling PayPal over the weekend when every time this deal had happened in the past the vouchers have come through within a couple of days?
        Are you deliberately trying to get the loophole shut down because of an entitlement mentality that says you should receive your vouchers within 24 hours?
