The deal that I've been waiting for! Based on previous ebay UK sitewide deals, this should work for Paypal gift cards.

Valid from 12:00 PM Friday 14 June 2019 (9pm AEST) to 11:59Pm, Saturday 15 June 2019 (** 16/6 8.59am AEST**).

Minimum spend A$91.79, maximum discount A$183.59. One redemption only!

* eBay gift cards
* Woolworths WISH gift card / WISH Gift Card
* All PayPal digital gift cards. Change the .com.au to .co.uk.

PayPal Digital Gifts eBay is now marked as away and can't process orders.**

All other items - find the item on eBay.com.au and change the .com.au to .co.uk.

10% off also applies for Officeworks, Target and Fantastic Furniture. Postage will need to be paid as there is no C&C option for eBay UK.

10% off for auto parts which are usually excluded from eBay AU sitewide sales.

How it works -

Option 1:

Find what you want on eBay.com.au then change the URL at the start to eBay.co.uk for easy purchasing.

If above doesn't work then try this.

Option 2:

Considering what happened in the last deal, the country switch doesn't seem to work anymore, so you will most likely have to make a new account at eBay UK to take advantage of this offer.

Add random UK address and use AU mobile to confirm account via SMS, then add AU address as preferred/Primary Delivery Address (postage address) before ordering.

Tip : Use Dummy email by using existing email to register at eBay UK without creating new email id.

      Yeah I got "Something went wrong". Paying with Paypal. Tried like 5 times.
      Happened to me when I had different types of GCs in my cart. Had ebay, WISH, JB and Xbox.
      Got rid of all of them except eBay ones and then it went through OK.

      Make sure you have connected paypal account in Account settings and verified it too.
      Also check advise from Gavsta above. I had same problem but got resolved.

    I'm getting the following message at the checkout after hitting 'Confirm and Pay'

    "Something went wrong. Please try to check out again."

    Any idea why? The discount code works fine. I tried paying with a credit card and got the message so also tried with paypal and it failed to. I'm using a UK based login and am on the UK site but paying in AUD with an AUD card or AUD paypal account.

    I'm trying to understand the reason for the popularity of these kind of deals. So does it work like this example-

    1. $100 item is discounted to $80 on sale (20% off sale)
    2. extra ebay code stacks with additional 10% off
    3. use these 10% gift vouchers to pay the $72 total

    Therefore working out to be circa $65 for the $100 item?

      Yes, key is you apply the discount code first, then pay with GC.

    Ok. This is what I found. Initially I added more than 5 items so the payment is pending as above. Now I place another order just $200 x 5 Ebay gift card and use paypal and it went through. I change the credit card too though so not sure if it's because credit card or reach more than 5 items. You guys can try . Good luck

            @stockastics: Yeah read the instructions. Make an UK account with primary address UK (some hotel or w/e) then change it back to AU posting address once you're done. You can just pay with your normal paypal.

    Mine keeps saying "This item cannot be purchased because this item cannot be sent to your delivery address." even though my postal address is changed back to the australian address. Then a few minutes later it starts working, but then it won't let me pay with credit card and when I try to use paypal it says i can only use my bank account, not credit card. When I go out and back into it, the delivery address error returns. What the hell!

        It's the same delivery address I use on other eBay accounts without any issue. It's purely just this gift card purchase that isn't working. Doesn't matter, they ended up suspending my account

      For me gave an error twice then third time just did the 5 and it went through. On my purchases history tho it shows the two 9 GC orders with errors as pending. Not sure what's going on there.

      You will need to verify cards on PayPal if you are using more than the $500 limit.
