Not sure how long this will last, but apparently you can get a Razer Phone for 1 cent?? First post sorry if it's expired by the time I posted

We have recently identified that due to a technical error you would have seen and ordered the Razer Phone 2 handset for $0.01 on our website. Our standard price for the Razer Phone 2 handset is $1,248 which was advertised correctly on other parts of the Optus website.
We're sorry this happened and have fixed the technical error. We have cancelled your Razer Phone 2 handset order and will be refunding your payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for this refund.
If you have any questions, you can contact us 1300 132 208 Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm AEST.

        "Valaelry" lol I highly doubt that was her actual name. I got transferred to 3 people the first person said to me we will honour the price, then said that it was an upload error and they couldn't. Then I played hard ball due to the fact she had said they would honour it and I mentioned outstanding cases with TIO and ACCC regarding my NBN dramas,which are extensive and have been ongoing for 12 months, gave them 3 case numbers and threatened to lay another complaint as they had told me that they they would honour the price.

        It took forever but eventually they said "OK we will give you a one time discount code that can only be used today. For one phone only."

      I think a lot of people got confirmation e-mails with the info you're describing. I believe the new excitement is that people are claiming that their ordered has progressed from order confirmation to the next step.

      On the contrary I'll be happy for those who were in the right place at the right time to score an essentially free phone if it does go through for some.

      I wasn't one of the thousands that ordered one. I wish I was but I wish nothing but good luck to those that did.
      Those that ordered multiple to profiteer from this I've got less hope for.

      This is a classic example of why i love Ozbargain.

    There is a price update for anyone wanting to pay full price. I assume this is the price that optus was trying to upload and they had an error with their CSV, after hours staff probably didn't have access to new pricing and just reverted the the previous price when they found the error after this post.

    $899 seems to be pretty good
