      As with all of our plans that have offers that run for the life of the plan (such as this one), the price will remain at that level until you move to a new plan. Typically we would encourage you to take a newer plan within 24 months as we will have some better value plans by then

  • Jeenee mobile is awesome, been with them for 14 months with no problems. im paying $8.91 per month for a phone plan lol and this $20 a month one is very tempting but i never use my data.

        Yes it does, same as all other Optus MVNOs

      Unfortunately that 5GB deal is only available to new customers or new numbers. We are working with our wholesale provider to adjust this limitation, but for the time being it is restricted to new customers only

    The international call rates are excessive. $50 won’t give you many minutes.

    I'm with jeenee now, but will be leaving because they dont offer any decent plans to loyal customers.

    Also, ive never eve ONCE had a reply to an online ticket, and it took 3 months for them to honor my old 'data bump up'.

    I really respect what they do for the disabled, and i am actually OK with 'bad' customer service for a budget plan; but NONE at all?! Literally still have 4 enquiries and although my requests have now been actioned; they're still reply-less; despite the page promising a reply withing 3 days.

    Thats not ok.

    CatchConnect works out to about $16 a month for 30gb. If you can afford to pay in one go.

    • I have to agree that communication is lacking. I think I had raised 2 cases and never had any reply or action. Shame as they really are doing the right thing when it comes to the product

    • Wow. That CatchConnect thing looks very tempting. Did you opt out of the auto top up? Because it doubles after that.
