Jetstar deals to Hawaii are pretty great - yes it's an LCC, but it's on the Dreamliner. I've taken this flight myself and it was surprisingly comfortable - just come prepared with your own entertainment/food if you don't want to pay.

      Depends on your reasoning. I've flown Jetstar there before and booked in again. Rather spend the difference over there.

    I understood the Dreamliner (787) wasn't as good in Ecomony due to the seat layout (although the lower humidity apperently reduces jetlag).
