Good price for this size and brand. Deep blacks and low input lag. HDR performance and viewing angles are fairly average, though that's the case with most TVs (other than OLED). Below is from the 7.5/10 review on rtings.com:

The Samsung RU7100 is a good 4k LED TV that has decent overall picture quality. It can deliver deep blacks, thanks to the high native contrast ratio, and it is good for a dim room. However, it lacks a local dimming feature to further improve dark room performance. It has good gray uniformity and great color accuracy out of the box. It doesn't have a wide color gamut and can't get very bright, especially in HDR. Motion handling is mediocre, but the input lag is remarkably low, which makes the TV very responsive; something that will please gamers.

  I just got this tv from another deal on 65, I put on cricket but it looks really blurry and pixelated. Anyone else get this out of the box?

  Am i meant to adjust some settings?

    I got the 49” and all was sweet right out of the box. And the cricket looks great. Especially when the aussies are winning.

    Are you watching in SD or HD? SD will look terrible on any TV larger than 55".

      Ill test out again… so that means dont watch any sd channels?

      What about an oled version, will that has the same picture on sd then?

        OLED won't make a difference. SD won't look great on such a large screen with so many pixels. It's like zooming into a photo, it will get pixelated.

        Some TV's are a bit better at upscaling to 4K than others, but you're best off by watching in HD.

      Not sure about the R7 but the P8 gets good reviews; google shows the latest few sizes/prices, etc.
