    Cool concept. Thanks for sharing.

  • Hmm can't checkout via Amazon US.

  • $79.80 USD = $155.04 AUD? Where are you getting your exchange rates from?

OK I see what's going on.

The $79.80 USD one on Amazon US is sold by East To West and is not eligible for shipping to Australia.

The one shown on the AU site is sold by Amazon. On the US site the price for that one is $99.99 USD.

Looks sweet! Don't need a third router though… Plus, for this price, you're probably paying for the touch screen.

Not sure if it is anyhow better than a standard router for half the money. It's a three years old model.

    • That's what I was immediately thinking. Just a way for them to sell old hardware cheap.

  • Well that's interesting. Still, I'd have concerns if the money went into the touch screen as opposed to more important areas.. Especially so cheap….

    • Haha yeah couldn't agree more. Interesting idea, but kinda overkill.

FWIW. These are really old now. We Bought one from Officeworks on clearance about 3 yrs ago now. We replaced it with a faster one over a year ago! Was nothing really wrong with it, was pretty reliable, just much faster ones around now. The touch screen was a gimic and never used.

  • Can I browse internet on the device?
Just want to makes sure I am getting maximum speed…

Can I use it as a digitL picture frame?

Yes a touch screen router, that's what I need. I mean, why bother just logging on from my computer and using a keyboard and mouse to change settings, when I can stand on a chair in the linen closet and flick through menus with my finger?

But can you play Doom on your router?

      • Nope, but I can on my phone.

  • Looks like someone left an iphone on a stone plate that hasn't been cleaned?

  • Dumbest idea. AC is going out the door, save your money and invest in WiFi 6 (AX) if you can wait.

  • I want an iron with touch screen and apps for three times the price!

  • why would you want a touchscreen on a router. so stupid

    • To sell your supply of older chips wrapped in a flashy but unnecessary tech.

  • Can't imagine how annoying this would be If you had cat's/kids.

  • Does this have a built in Netflix app?

My TV buffers a lot so I think watching it on the built in screen will help with the low wifi speed.
