I was thinking to get the Mate but they might be using their own OS for it which may create issues with PlayStore. Even if you wait for the Mate it will only be a great phone until the next big thing comes along, it's all part of the technology merry-go-round. Unless the Mate is groundbreaking I'll wait till its release then probably go for the p30 pro.
Are these models easy to root? Do they have any good 3rd party roms?
Their hardware is good, but i didnt like their ui when i used huawei a few years ago.
