        Promo finished 26 May and they've got 60 days, which is until the 26th July to credit your cashback.

      Our flight back from Osaka was delayed 3 hours, so 28 Degrees/Mastercard Flight Delay Pass sent us 2x $68 ‘lounge passes’ to use at their PriorityPass restaurant (Okonomiyaki!)

    I used my card during their last Apple Pay promo and was never credited either. Felt cheated since I could’ve earnt points on a different card.

        Well if there is a transaction with 'MSY' or 'Harvey Norman', how do they know whether I've done it online or in store? This promotion says it must be 3 'Online' transactions.

    I've had promos from them in the past about spending x amount on overseas transactions or make x amounts of transactions by a certain time and you will get $20 or something back

    Ive may the criteria and never get anything. Hence given up on these promos

    While this is a good offer 28degrees rarely honour their credit offers.You need to follow up with them and prove that there was an offer and you did comply with the conditions.

    These guys never credit offers as promised. You end up spending months calling them and waiting for credit to appear on your next bill as they tell you.

    If you annoy them enough they usually make a goodwill credit of some sort but it's hardly worth the effort.

    They say call centre is open at 8am Saturday on website but telephone call says after verification that it opens at 830am. Annoying.

    I've made 2 orders on Amazon both totalling over $100, but Amazon seem to bill when the items ship so now I just have a bunch of debits on the card - will this be honoured??
