Cats need a scratching post that will allow them to get a full stretch. The 32" (81cm) post height allows the cat to stretch vertically while using the post. The finest materials and workmanship guarantee the scratching post will remain attractive and useful for years.

    Its really not, I have this scratching post and its really the best quality I've ever seen. I checked all pet shops none have anything like this, even local market where someone might make something like this you're looking $100+.

      I bought my ceiling height cat tree for $80 after eBay 20% discount, it just seems to me that a scratching post that is smaller and uses less components should cost less. Having said that if my cat enjoys it then $80 is worth it.

  We have the brother to this one and our cats aren’t keen on scratching the sisal, they prefer carpet. However they do like jumping up and sitting on it. We screwed some carpet on the top so they can get purchase to do this. We didn’t pay $140 for it either. The advantage is they are very stable and tall, so if your cat does like sisal they get a good stretch.

  I have this post, while my cat is an ass and I hate her and she never has used the post its really an amazing scratching post for this price, I would definitly recommend if your cat is not my cat.

  Also may want to wait until Prime Day in the US to see if price drops, checking back I paid $64 for this last year in September.
